Watch: Zapata Racing claims they built a hoverboard that can go to 10,000 feetApr 13(AZINS) Franky Zapata and his extreme watersports brand, Zapata Racing, have released a video of the company's latest creation, the Flyboard Air. However the impressive invention has left many doubting whether it is in fact real.

The company has previously released the Flyboard and Hoverboard by ZR, however both need various attachments, hoses, and even a jetski in order to use them. The video of the new Flyboard Air, however, sees Zapata taking his creation high above water with seemingly no extra gadgets needed, leaving watchers unsure as to how it works, and how genuine the invention is.

However the company assures in a statement that their latest flyboard development is not a fake, and that not only can it take users up to 10,000 feet with a top speed of 148kph, but it also gives users ten minutes of autonomous flying. To make up your own mind, you can watch the video
