Google makes Hangouts calls to France free in light of the Paris AttacksMumbai, Nov 14(AZINS) In the midst of the terrifying Paris attacks today, communications services have been jumping into action to help affected victims. Google has announced that international calls to France are now free over the Google Hangouts Dialer for Call Phones app.

Simply open the Hangouts Dialer client and dial out--all numbers behind the +33 country code will not be billed to your account.
