Sushant was seen trying to catch small details about Dhoni, like how the cricketer sits. The duo even shared the same clothes, and during promotions of the movie, went out to drink filter coffee together.

Sushant Singh Rajput had grown his hair to dive into the role of MS Dhoni. The actor's performance in the movie was appreciated, but more so, his uncanny resemblence to Dhoni not just in looks but also in the way he played cricket, was much loved by the viewers.
