Gautam Rode spoke about the qualities he would like to adapt from Pankhuri Awasthy, Jennifer Winget, Karan Wahi and Additi Gupta

Television actor Gautam Rode, most popular for his role in Saraswatichandra, turned 42-year-old on Wednesday. When BollywoodLife got in touch with the actor, he revealed that he is chilling in Delhi for two days. He is ringing in his birthday and Independence Day/Raksha Bandhan with family there.

Talking about how this year worked for him professionally, Gautam stated, "It has been an experimental year. I have done a TV show, theatre, so it's been good." He also opened up about his future plans by sharing, "I plan or would like to do digital. I'm meeting people regarding that. (I want to remain) A little away from TV till the time something good comes up. For the future, I'd like to play different characters, learn and unlearn many things."

Coming to personal life, Gautam is not yet ready to take the next step (become a father). When quizzed about the same, he mentioned, "Not this year," adding, "Let's see how the next year goes. Haven't decided yet. But not this year for sure."

Talking about wife, Gautam Rode mentioned, "She is calm. So her calmness."

"She is so chilled out," Gautam quickly added when asked about his Saraswatichandra co-star Jennifer Winget.

3. Gift from Karan Wahi

Gautam Rode co-hosted Nach Baliye 6 along with Karan Wahi. Talking about the man, Rode said, "He is more like a kid."

4. Gift from Additi Gupta

Gautam Rode is currently working on Kaal Bhairav Rahasya along with Qubool Hai famed actress Additi Gupta. Talking about her, Gautam mentioned, "She is a wanderer."
