Low on Josh? Catch Vicky Kaushal starrer 'Uri: The Surgical Strike's special screening on Kargil Divas
July 24 (AZINS) Vicky Kaushal established his name as a solo actor early this year. The actor carried the movie Uri: The Surgical Strike solely on his shoulders, and the theme of the movie 'How's The Josh' became the voice of the nation. Fans who missed watching this movie can now smile again, since the movie will release in theatres once again, just for a day.

Director Aditya Dhar announced that Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike, which released at the beginning of 2019, is set for re-release on Kargil Day. He would host 500 screenings for the movie, which means that it is the only opportunity when fans can watch the movie in theatres yet again.

Confirming the news, Aditya tweeted, "Thank you so much Honourable @Dev_Fadnavis Ji for making URI a part of #KargilVijayDiwas celebrations!! I truly hope URI keeps motivating each and every Indian for generations to join hands in serving our nation to the best of their ability. Jai Hind!!"

Uri: The Surgical Strike is based on the real-life attacks on Uri which took place in the year 2016. The movie also starred Yami Gautam, Mohit Raina, Paresh Rawal, Rajit Kapur and Kirti Kulhari in pivotal roles. It released alongside Anupam Kher starrer The Accidental Prime Minister on January 11.
