Watch: Mumbai dabbawalas have very special gift for Prince Harry-Meghan Markle's son Archie Harrison Mountbatten WindsorMay 10 (AZINS) Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were recently blessed with a baby boy. They are currently the talk of the town since they named their new-born son Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor. Britain is busy celebrating the special occasion, and Mumbai's dabbawallas are no behind.

The Dabbawallas of Mumbai came together to send a gift to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's son Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor. They in fact called for a press conference to announce what the whole union of dabbawallas are gifting Archie. They are set to send many things, including a pendant with Hanuman idol, to London soon.

The head of Mumbai's dabbawallas told DNA, "Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married two years back. We had sent them a gift then too. Meghan now delivered a baby boy. The whole of Britain is rejoicing over that. Similarly, Mumbai's dabbawallas are also happy. Prince Harry's father Prince Charles is a friend of the dabbawallas. Our friend has turned a grandfather. We felt the same happiness as him. In maharashtrians, when we turn grandfathers, we gift the grandson/granddaughter a leg ornament, belly ornament, bangles and necklace. For the necklace, we have added an idol of Lord Hanuman. He is the symbol of strength and intellect. We want Archie to absorb these characteristics, hence Hanuman."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in May last year and announced Meghan's pregnancy publicly in October. Markle went into labour in the early hours on Monday morning. The couple had not immediately announced the name of their baby.
