Emma Stone 'can't imagine life' without dear friend and 'La La Land' co-star Ryan GoslingSep 4 (AZINS) American actress Emma Stone expressed her 'crazy, stupid love' for "dear and wonderful friend" and co-star, Ryan Gosling.

During a session at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado, the Easy A star said that she cannot imagine her life without Ryan. "He's such a great person to work. He's taught me a lot about being really generous. I can't even imagine what my life would be without Ryan."

Talking about Ryan's work ethic, Emma said the 37-year-old star was a great person to work, owing to his collaboration and excitement about the process, E!Online reported.

The two actors have starred in a number of films together playing love interests, including La La Land, Crazy, Stupid, Love and Gangster Squad.

Both Stone and Gosling are doing the film festival tours with their movies The Favourite and First Man respectively.

The Favourite's story is based on the real-life relationship between Queen Anne and Sarah, Duchess of Marlborough, played by Rachel Weisz, who, as the queen's closest confidant, is able to sway national policy to suit her own ends.

When Sarah takes on an impoverished cousin, Emma Stone's Abigail, as a maid, she soon finds she has a dangerous rival for the queen's favours.

While First Man, which is already at the centre of a controversy, is based on James Hansen's book First Man: A Life of Neil A. Armstrong.
