1) HTA will hold its AGM and Board elections on 12/5/21 from 11 AM to 1 PM.

2) The AGM/Elections will be held on Zoom.

3) Floor nominations are not allowed.

6) Proxies are allowed, and each voting member is allowed to bring 6 proxies.
