New Year at the Maha Ganapati Temple is always a grand affair when thousands of devotees brave the cold to take darshan of the deities to start off the new year with auspiciousness. New Year 2017 celebrations will include a grand special alankaram for Lord Maha Ganapati and the special Rathotsavam (chariot procession) of Lord Maha Ganapati and Pancha Murti (five deities) procession as well.
