'The Snyder Cut': Zack Snyder's 'Justice League' to release on HBO Max
Remember how Gal Gadot had tweeted #ReleaseTheSnyderCut back in 2019, followed by Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, making the internet demand Zack Snyder's version of 'Justice League'? The Snyder Cut is finally releasing, this time on HBO Max. Warner Bros., who had bankrolled 'Justice League', announced the big news on their Instagram handle.

Sharing that the cut will release in 2021, they wrote, "The Snyder Cut is coming to @hbomax in 2021. #ReleaseTheSnyderCut hbom.ax/releasethesnydercut." Warner Bros also released a poster stating Zack Snyder's Justice League, alongside the caption.

Zack Snyder had completed his production on 'Justice League', but he ended up making a four-hour film. Convinced that Warner Bros wouldn't accept it, Snyder showed them a rough cut of two hours, but everybody agree that the movie was 'not it'.

Knowing the policy of Disney+, it is being beleived that Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, among others, were aware that the Snyder cut would release on HBO Max, but in 2020. The Synder cut is expected to be divided into six chapters for an easy viewing experience. Synder's four-hour-long version would be edited for the same.

Warner Bros. had announced at that time that Snyder would be stepping away from the movie owing to a family tragedy. Joss Whedon then stepped in for the movie which people are aware about. Soon after the film was released, rumours that Snyder's version of 'Justice League' was much darker, made the rounds. When Snyder was asked about releasing his cut of 'Justice League', the 'Batman V Superman' helmer said it was 'upto the Warner Bros. whether to release it or not'.
