Actor Irrfan Khan, who made a mark in both Bollywood and Hollywood, has died at the age of 53. Not many would know but he bagged his first acting job at the age of 23 and the actor looked absolutely different from how he was seen in his latest release 'Angrezi Medium'.

Irrfan himself had shared a throwback image of him from the age of 23. Seen flashing a smile with dimples falling on both cheeks, the younger Irrfan Khan had made his hair wavy. According to his post, the sole purpose for doing so was because he wanted to look like Mithun Chakraborty.

"I wanted my hair to be like #MithunChakraborty, so I used to go to a barber shop and tell them ke mere baal seedhe kar do …. because my hair were curly and kind of stiff .. Aur kya hota tha ke first day my hair would look good .. just like Mithuns, but after that they would turn into a bird’s nest ! #FilmyInfluence. This picture is Day 1 just so you guys know ;)," wrote Irrfan alongside the photo.

The latest image of Irrfan, however, is a movie still from his 2018 release 'Puzzle'. In the still, Irrfan is seen in an older version, with salt-and-pepper look. He dons a denim jacket on a white shirt and blue pants.

Irrfan Khan breathed his last in Mumbai today after complications due to colon infection. His last rites took place in Versova kabrastan and were performed by his sons Bilal and Ayan.
