Salman Khan-Disha Patani's 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai' likely to not release on Eid
Salman Khan had announced that his upcoming movie 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai' would release on Eid. However, due to the ongoing coronavirus lockdown, it is very likely that the film will not be able to release on the day promised.

"Radhe will be pushed ahead for sure. We have got two songs to shoot, there is some patch work left of about five days or so, we also have editing that is left. We don't know when the situation will be normal and when we can shoot and finish our pending work," a source close to the production confirmed to PTI.

Salman Khan is known to release his movies on the occasion of Eid, and the only time he did not release his movie on Eid was in 2017 when Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Tiger Zinda Hai' with Katrina Kaif released on December 22, 2017 i.e. on Christmas. The tradition of Salman releasing his movies on the occasion of Eid started after his film 'Wanted', directed by Prabhudheva, released in theatres in 2009 and got the superstar back in limelight.

While Salman Khan was going to reunite with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia Bhatt for 'Inshallah', the movie has gone on the backburner and Salman instead announced 'Radhe' for Eid release. He made the announcement along with 'Dabangg 3's trailer release.

Prabhudheva, who helmed 'Dabangg 3', is also the director for 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai'. The film stars Disha Patani as the female lead with Jackie Shroff and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles.
