It was just a divorce and it's okay: Alaia F gets candid about her parent's divorce & how it shaped her
Alaia Furniturewalla is the new star kid on the block and is all set to make her big Bollywood debut opposite Saif Ali Khan and Tabu in Jawaani Jaaneman. The actress has been making waves ever since the trailer of her film released and audiences have been loving the humility and equal amounts of talent that the actress possesses.

In a recent interview, Alaia opened up about her debut film but mostly about her relationships at home, with her stepmother as well as her mother Pooja Bedi's fiance Maneck Contractor. While speaking about her parent's divorce, Alaia said that it never affected her as they both always maintained a cordial relationship. "I was 5 years old and I don't really have that much memory of it. I had memory of years after that. I had a happy childhood and both my parents are still on great terms. They never made me feel that something sad has happened. It was just a divorce and it's okay."

She further added, "Now, my father has remarried and I have another brother Zan who I love dearly. People ask me, How do you get along with your stepmother? I liked her. I have never known otherwise." She also got candid about her mother Pooja Bedi's marriage and shared, "I have a very good relationship with him too. They are all wonderful, happy people so I have also been happy with them."

Jawaani Jaaneman is slated to release on January 31 and Alaia is all set to play Saif and Tabu's daughter.
