MasterChef India has been broadcast on Television. The first episode aired after three long years of wait. Akshay Kumar, who had inaugurated the show, wasn't part of the season either, but people couldn't stop thanking the show for airing.

Girls couldn't stop drooling over Vikas Khanna. Many ladies shared heart emojis and stated they are watching the show only for Vikas. He was called the down-to-earth chef and people couldn't stop thanking him for giving such an episode. A lady from Bangladesh also happened to thank Vikas.

Apart from Vikas Khanna, even Ranveer Brar was praised for the episode. People loved how Ranveer tasted food in his mouth. A user wrote, "@ranveerbrar, enjoying the flavors in his mouth !
