Ahead of actor Vijay's Bigil release, the helmer of the film Atlee connected with his fans. The director opened up on many things, related to Bigil, South Indian film industry and his connection with Bollywood, especially superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

During his #AskAtlee session, the director revealed that he might collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan soon. A Shah Rukh Khan fan asked Atlee whether the director will work with the superstar any time soon. Atlee in turn said that SRK is a huge fan of his work and hinted that something might finalize soon.

Replying to the fan, Atlee wrote on Twitter that he respects Shah Rukh Khan's work just as much. “I have a huge amount of love and respect for #SRK sir and he also loves my work. Soon, hopefully, we will do something about it,” stated Atlee.

Shah Rukh Khan was earlier linked to Atlee's latest project Bigil which stars Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. The movie which released today sees three shades of Vijay - as Rayappan (old goon), Michael (younger violent man) and Bigil (a football star). The movie has been receiving great reviews from the audiences.
