Avengers and X-Men to come together? When Nick Fury hinted at "mutants" and "radioactive bug bites" in 'Iron Man'!
MCU films showed the clash of the mighty superheroes in most of its films. But what would have been the ultimate clash of the titans? A huge battle which brings Avengers and X-Men come together and fight against the evil people. During several media interactions, the makers of MCU films and X-Men have spoken about getting these superheroes together at once and fans are dying (literally) to witness this historic moment.

Now, we came across a video in which Marvel head honcho Kevin Fiege is seen talking about an alternate version of Iron Man's post-credits scene. In the scene, Nicky Fury is talking about "mutants" and "radioactive bug bites" while talking to a spoilt brat indicating Tony Stark. A Twiter page named Discussing Film shared the video with a caption stating, "At the Saturn Awards, Kevin Feige revealed an alternate version of the post-credits scene from ‘IRON MAN’ with Nick Fury mentioning “mutants” and “radioactive bug bites”. It will be included in the upcoming INFINITY SAGA boxset. (Source: @BRMarvelNews)"

Earlier at an event, when the director of X-Men: Dark Phoenix, Simon Kinberg was asked about MCU and X-Men coming together, he had said, "That's not something I was thinking about obviously when we were making this movie. For me, I was so immersed in this film as a writer-director of the film that I was really focused on telling the best possible story, completing the epic journey, a saga that we've been through with these characters in the case of the X-Men: First Class nine-ten years ago."
