Indians rang in Ganesh Chaturthi with zest a few days back. After waiting for a year, they celebrated the welcoming of Lord Ganesha and seeked his blessings. On September 3, they even immersed him back in water, bidding the elephant God goobye till next year.

Various Bollywood celebrities also celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi and were high-on-energy during the visarjan. One such celebrity was superstar Salman Khan. Salman's mommy dearest Salma Khan welcomed Lord Ganesha at Arpita Khan Sharma's house with puja.

The Ganesha celebrations, which lasted for two days, witnessed Katrina Kaif, Isabelle Kaif, Sunil Grover, Arhaan Khan, Sohail Khan and Seema Khan performing puja on the first day. Atul Agnihotri shared a video from the day on Instagram.

The second day saw Bollywood superstar Salman Khan performing aarti, alongside teaching Ahil how to use the thali. Salma Khan, smiling at them both, went on to do puja, followed by Arbaaz Khan (without girlfriend Giorgia), Arpita Khan Sharma, Aayush Sharma, Helen, Alvira Agnihotri and Atul Agnihotri.

Alongside the video of Ganesh aarti, Atul Agnihotri also went on to share a video from Bappa's visarjan. In this video, Aayush carries Lord Ganesha in his hands, outside his building. Sohail Khan also holds another smaller Ganesha idol. Meanwhile Salman Khan, despite heavy rains, is high-on-energy as he dances before Bappa gets immersed in the pond outside their house. He in fact went ahead and matched steps with his mother Salma Khan, bodyguard Shera, and even went on to pick up his niece Alizeh Agnihotri while still grooving along with her.

Salman Khan, last seen in Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat alongside Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover, will now appear in Prabhudheva's Dabangg 3 alongside Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz Khan.
