Rishi Kapoor gets two visitors in a day: 'Sanju' director Rajkumar Hirani and Anil Ambani-Tina Ambani fly down to NYC
May 25 (AZINS) Rishi Kapoor is being greeted with many celebrities coming at his doorstep almost everyday. The actor was receiving treatment for cancer there and is now declared cancer-free. He first received visit from Deepika Padukone. Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal then went on to meet Rishi and Neetu.

Ever since, Shah Rukh Khan, followed by Mukesh Ambani-Nita Ambani, followed by birthday boy Karan Johar, came to visit Rishi Kapoor-Neetu Kapoor, to enquire about his health one-on-one. The latest people to pay Rishi a visit are Rajkumar Hirani and Anil Ambani-Tina Ambani.

Interestingly Rajkumar Hirani, who is currently accused under #MeToo, directed Ranbir Kapoor's superhit film last. The biopic on Sanjay Dutt, Sanju, which released last year, was written and directed by Hirani. The movie also starred Vicky Kaushal as Ranbir's BFF. The actors have since become close.

Neetu Kapoor posted the photo with Rajkumar Hirani and wrote, "We both love and admire Raju so we’re super excited today !!! Spent so many hours discussing n talking movies !!! Exhilarating". Meanwhile Rishi Kapoor shared a happy photo with the other Ambanis and captioned it, "How lovely to see my old friends, Tina and Anil. Many congratulations on Anshul’s graduation. Thank you both. Neetu missing in picture as she was preparing my dinner."

Tina Ambani, who was previously Tina Munim, has worked with Rishi Kapoor in various films like Karz, Bade Dil Wala and Yeh Vaada Raha. Recently at an event, when Ranbir was asked about his father's return, the Rockstar actor said, "He is doing much better and hopefully he should be back in a month or two. His spirits are up. He gets lots of positivity from you all," adding, "It has been a hard one year for him. His desire and only endeavour in life is to act in movies. So this one year sabbatical has been a little setback for him. But he is doing really well for himself."
