Uday Chopra calls his recent suicidal and depressive tweets 'dark humour'!Mar 24 (AZINS) Uday Chopra, though not active in the movies, is very much active on social media. He tweets about anything and everything which grab many eyeballs. The actor has been mercilessly trolled on several occasions but that did not stop him from writing what comes on his mind. Recently, Uday's tweets got everyone worried as it looked depressive and suicidal. He tweeted, "Confession: I am not ok! I am trying but so far I’m failing."

He deactivated his account for a few hours and later on, he tweeted, "For a few hours, I De-activated my twitter account. It felt as close to death as I could get. Was phenomenal! I think this is a good good option to suicide. I might be doing it permanently soon". His one more tweet read as 'Here’s a thought: you can hold a gun to my head a force me to believe in your god. I’ll even say yes I do...cause let’s face it I want to live, but how do you know what I really believe in my head? I don’t think even your god knows, most likely cause it’s imaginary'

Now, the Dhoom actor has posted a clarification on his Twitter page and called it as dark humour. He tweeted, "Seems like I tweeted something recently that got a few of you worried. I’m totally fine, its just my dark humour that sometimes gets misunderstood. Thanks for all your concern though."

This is not the first time Uday tweeted about depression. Last year, he wrote, "Depression, Anxiety, Social withdrawal, behavioural changes, over-indulgence in food, alcohol, drugs etc these are all signs. If they continue for a longer period of time then there could be an issue. Most importantly do not judge them for it, instead, try and understand them".

Uday has been in the news for a long time due to his relationship with now ex-Nargis Fakhri.
