RJ Balaji's LKG team to rehabilitate 10 government schools affected by Gaja cyclone from the film's profitsFeb 28 (AZINS) As a token of expressing his thanks to the blockbuster success of LKG, RJ Balaji said that a portion of his share from the film's profit along with producer Ishari K Ganesh will be used to adopt 10 Government schools affected by Gaja cyclone for long-term rehabilitation work. "We will work to make them look like our private schools with all the infrastructure and facilities," he said.

"Everyone discouraged me when I said I wanted to play a lead hero in a film. It was Ishari K Ganesh who first believed in me. Throughout the film, he never asked me a single question about my views and demands. Actors are the greatest blessings in this film as none of them merely performed but breathed more life into their roles. I am so happy to hear a legend like Ram Kumar sir ask me if I could do a film for Sivaji Productions," said Balaji.

He further added, "Many called us and appreciated, but something I would never forget is how Cinematographer Ravi Varman sir lauded our work.” RJ Balaji honoured his friends and the entire team by inviting them on stage and bringing them under the spotlight.

The film directed by KR Prabhu has grossed a whopping Rs 12 crore worldwide from theatrical sales and is still continuing to mint money at the box-office.
