Chakravyuha is a Kannada film, co-written and directed by M. Saravanan. This film features Puneeth Rajkumar, Rachita Ram in lead roles. Apart from them, the film features an ensemble cast of Arun Vijay, Sadhu Kokila, Bhavya, Abhimanyu Singh and Rangayana Raghu in important roles.

This film marks Debut direction of M. Saravanan in Kannada. The film is being produced by N K Lohith under Sunshine Productions banner. The Soundtrack for the film will be composed by S. Thaman. Seenu has been recruited as art director for the film.

It was reported that the movie is loosely based on director's own 2013 Tamil movie Ivan Veramathiri. However, in an interview given to Udaya TV on the occasion of Sankranthi, Puneeth Rajkumar clarified that the movie is not a remake but a rehash of director's own Tamil movie with 90% changes and only the core storyline being adapted.
