Yoga and Pranayam sessions will focus on helping back aches, knee ailments, allergies, functioning of the stomach and intestines, diabetes, toning the function of the kidneys, liver, gall bladder, and pancreas, and neck and shoulder ailments.

Meditation is truly a journey within us. Through meditation, we can reach deep within and cleanse the mind of endless lifetimes of dross. By learning to hold the mind in concentration, we can work upon it to harness its latent potential.
