Q: How do I know my credit card transactions are secure?
We use 128-bit SSL security certificate for all our credit card transaction pages. The Certificate is provided by Geotrust.

Q: Do you store any credit card information?
To comply with latest security guidelines of Visa and Mastercard we do not store any credit card information. The credit card numbers are stored only with the processor and only last 4 digits are stored in our database.

Q: There is a problem with my transaction, what should I do?
Some times there are problems with the Credit Card processor and you might be charged incorrectly. These problems can be rectified easily. Please send us basic information about your transaction (Order ID, etc.) and we will be able to take care of any problems with your charge.
