Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel backs Ajay Devgn's 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior', calls 'Padmaavat' 'soft porn'
Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel has been grabbing headlines for the past few days for her controversial opinions about subjects on Twitter.

Today, the actresses' sister extended her support to Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior after retweeting a tweet by a film critic.

She thanked Ajay for portraying the story of the brave Maratha warrior and urged fans to go and watch the films and make it a super hit.

Rangoli added that Ajay's film is an initiative by the film industry and should be appreciated as much as Ranbir Kapoor's Sanju which she called a "criminal whitewashing film" and Deepika Padukone starrer Padmaavat which she tagged as "soft porn".

This is not the first time that Rangoli took a dig at Deepika Padukone.

A few days back Rangoli bashed Deepika for visiting the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and standing in solidarity with the students who were protesting against the violence at the campus.

Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel tagged her move as an act of publicity.

In a series of tweets, Rangoli slammed Deepika and said that the Padmaavat actress is not interested in JNU students, only money.

Rangoli went on to question if Deepika has ever taken a stand on any other issues such as Article 370, CAA or Pulwama.

However, Rangoli added that she was happy Deepika expressed her support openly but also quipped that the actress has simply done PR at JNU.

Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Chhapaak, based on the life and triumph of an acid attack survivor, released today. The film also stars Vikrant Massey in a pivotal role.
