Katrina Kaif gives a glimpse of her workout routine and it will make you sweat instantly!
Katrina Kaif is a fitness enthusiast and she never misses her workout session. The actor also often talks about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Katrina, whose Instagram is on point always shares photos and videos from her workout session setting fitness goals for her fans. The Bharat actor has also been motivating many and even Bollywood celebrities laud about her fit body. Several of them have talked about how she has been motivating with her Instagram posts.

The stylish actor took to her Instagram story and shared a photo of her workout routine given to her by her fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. In the photo, Katrina is showing that she does reverse lunge, jump squat, walking lunge, boxing jumps, sumo squats, deadlifts, burpees, mountain climber to name a few.

Earlier at an event, Katrina spoke about fitness stating, "It is important to know what works for you, but remember you only have one body to live this life in, just make sure that you are taking care of it the best you can because it is going everywhere with you."

When asked about Katrina's workout routine, Yasmin had said, "She is a very hardworking girl. She left the set at 7 pm (her call time was 8-8.15 am), pack up and come straight to the gym at 10.30-11 pm in the night, and stay till past midnight and then go back to the sets by 8 am the next day and shoot the song. Katrina is at the best fitness level in her life right now."
