'Moothon' Trailer: Geetu Mohandas brings Nivin Pauly in a never-seen-before avatar and it will give you goosebumps
The much-awaited trailer of Moothon is out. The film is bilingual and has dialogues both in Malayalam and Hindi. Moothon is directed by Geetu Mohandas and it is her second directorial after Liar's Dice. Even before the trailer came out, Moothon was screened at Toronto Film Festival 2019 last month and it was well-received by the audience present there. In the film, we will get to see charming Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly in a never-seen-before avatar.

In the trailer, we get to see a boy in Lakshadweep is eyeing to travel to Mumbai via sea in search for his older brother. Cut to Mumbai we see the streets of Kamathipura and Sobhita Dhulipala as a prostitute who warns the boy. Thereafter the character of Nivin is introduced who is a gangster and has grey shades with unapologetic behaviour. His brother's role is played by Roshan Mathew and Shashank Arora also has a mysterious role in the film.

Moothon also stars Dileesh Pothan, Harish Khanna, Sujith Shankar and Melissa Raju Thomas in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Anurag Kashyap, Vinod Kumar, Ajay G Rai and Alan McAlex. Whereas Anurag has also penned the Hindi dialogues of the film. While Malayalam dialogues are given by Sreeja Sreedharan. This is the first time Geetu has collaborated with Anurag however, her husband and cinematographer Rajeev Ravi has worked with him on several projects.

The film will be a path-breaking move for Nivin and his fans can't wait to witness on the big screen.
