Die hard fans cover Chiranjeevi's huge cut out with garlands to celebrate 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy's release
Chiranjeevi's much-awaited historic release Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy hit theatres today. Fans in the southern states have known to be celebrating the film's release with firecrackers and grand posters all around town. However, this time die-hard fans took the love a step ahead and covered the actor's larger than life-size cut out with garlands in Hyderabad.

The videos of larger than life-size poster of the film has been circulating on social media. A fan account of the actor shared a clip that shows Chiranjeevi's cut-out was adorned with big garlands of orange, golden-yellow flowers and green leaves from chin to toe. Various huge banners of the actor's photos were also hoarded outside the theatre. A huge crowd of fans can be seen in the clip, gathered to dance and celebrate the release.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is a historic tale of India's first freedom fighter and the rebellion against East India Company. The film starred Chiranjeevi in the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, Amitabh Bachchan as his teacher and guru, Gosayi Venkanna. Tamannaah Bhatia was seen as his first love, Lakshmi. Some of the other big cast names include Sudeep, Nayanthara, Ravi Kishan, Jagapati Babu, and Anushka Shetty.

Set 10 years prior to India's first war of independence, the story of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is told by Jhansi's Rani Lakshmi Bai to encourage her warriors for their battle. Directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Ram Charan, the film hit theatres on October 2, 2019. It faced some competition from other big releases like WAR and Joker.
