Bigg Boss 12: Here's why we will only see Varun Dhawan, not Anushka Sharma promoting 'Sui Dhaaga' on Salman Khan's showSep 13 (AZINS) One of the most entertaining reality shows on television Bigg Boss, is soon going to come out with its 12th season.

The highly-viewed show is not just a gem for the channel, but also a great platform to promote films.

Time and again we have seen actors, filmmakers and producers, making their way on the show and even entering the Bigg Boss house to talk about their upcoming projects.

Actor Varun Dhawan too is going to appear on the Salman Khan show to promote his upcoming film Sui Dhaaga: Made In India.

But interestingly, Varun's co-star Anushka Sharma is going to give a miss to the show.

And why is that?

No no, it is not that Salman and Anushka aren't on good terms! 

Varun Dhawan will be the only one promoting Sharat Katariya's Sui Dhaaga with Salman Khan on the show is because the Sanju actress has something else up her sleeve.

A source told Pinkvilla, "Fans would have gotten to see Salman and Anushka bringing the house down but unfortunately, the shoot date isn't working out to make this much-awaited reunion happen."

The source also said that, "Anushka is, unfortunately, shooting for a brand campaign on September 21 which was pre-committed three months back and unfortunately, the brand is not being able to move the date. Audiences and fans will miss out on seeing Sultan and Aarfa pair up again, this time on TV. It would have been a mind-blowing episode as their pairing got such love from audiences the world over."

Well, we are definitely going to miss the Sultan co-stars benter on the Bigg Boss stage, but with Varun Dhawan on the show, we are positive that things will be a lot of fun!

Also, looks like the October actor will be the first celebrity guest on the show promoting his film this season.

Bigg Boss 12 is all set to air from September 16.
