Kaala Box Office prediction: Rajinikanth film's Hindi version to rake in Rs 5 crore on Day 1June 6 (AZINS) With just a day left for the release of Rajinikanth's much awaited film Kaala, the anticipation surrounding the film is pretty high. The Pa Ranjith film, that also stars Nana Patekar as the antagonist and Huma Qureshi, has been grabbing the eyeballs for reasons more than one. Finally, the film is set to hit the theatres this Thursday and all the Rajinikanth fans are excited to witness the magic of Thalaivar on the big screen once again.

If the posters released by the makers weren't enough, the Kaala trailer has set the expectations of the fans soaring to another level. But will the film, which sees Rajinikanth in a gangster avatar, be able to set the numbers rolling at the Box Office too?

If trade experts are to be believed, then the Hindi version of Rajinikanth's Kaala should approximately be able to rake in a total of close to Rs 5 crore. A report on timesnownews.com quoted trade expert Akshaye Rathi as saying, "If you look at the way films have performed in the last few weeks, there is strong likelihood that this film will do well. 2018, in particular, has been a year wherein most of the films have performed extremely well. Let’s hope that Kaala also rides that way. But I certainly think that from the Hindi version alone, a convenient Rs 4.5 crore-Rs 5 crore is possible, and anything above that can happen.”

Rathi further told the portal that the first weekend collection of Kaala should easily stand between Rs 15-18 crore. He added that the figures can even go higher.
